|Elizabeth Clough is Tailwind Associates Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Clough has more than thirty years’ experience in County and New York State Government; much of which has been as an IT Professional. In her current role, she participates in all aspects of Tailwind’s decision making process, and consistently lends professional expertise regarding Operations, Sales, Recruiting, and Administration.|
|William Hawkins, President, of Tailwind is responsible for implementing the overall policy, direction and vision for the company. Bill has been in the IT industry since 1989 and specifically in IT sales since 1995. He started with Tailwind in 2002 as Director of Business Development and more recently as VP of Operations. Bill is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and Siena College.|
|Michele Wilkes-Hawkins is the Vice President of Human Resources. Michele joined Tailwind in 1997 and is responsible for training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation, records management, corporate recruitment, employment practices, safety, performance management and strategic planning. She began her career in the HR field in 1989 and holds a BS degree in Business Management. Michele serves as the NYS SHRM Central NY District Director.|
